Constitution Avenue
We recently completed interior framing of the two units. As we’ve passed inspection, we will start adding insulation so we can move onto installing the drywall.
Reeves Farmhouse
Our team is actively working on historical preservation efforts inside and outside the home. We’ve removed trim, doors, and other items that will be reinstalled in the home once the renovation is complete. For the exterior of the home, we are continuing to remove paint from the original siding.
Frye Road
Interior renovations have been completed! With the warmer weather, we are shifting our focus to exterior projects including landscaping, exterior paint, and repairs on the deck.
Glebe View Townhomes
We’re working hard to secure funding for the Glebe View Townhomes. Our Resource Development, Real Estate, and Finance teams are exploring financing options to help us break ground on this much-needed housing development.
55th Street Townhomes
Our construction team is excavating and grading the site in preparation for the installation of site utilities and foundations for the 17 homes.
Home Repair Updates
Northern Virginia
We’ve completed 3 projects in partnership with TruBlue Total House Care of Vienna and have 2 projects approved and are waiting for materials to complete them. Plumbing repairs has been our top project this year, in addition to miscellaneous handyman projects.

Washington, DC
We are currently working on multiple home repair projects including installing wooden and iron handrails, bathroom grab bars, and chair lifts. We continue to accept additional projects and will finish four projects by the end of the month.
We look forward to expanding our home repair program and continuing to preserve affordable homeownership throughout our region!
