Constitution Avenue: Our staff and volunteers have completed the careful demolition of the interior of the townhome. We started framing the two units, completing brick work, and installing the third floor and roof.
Frye Road: We have recently started renovations at our Frye Road home. We have had volunteers out to assist with painting the home’s interior as well as maintaining the property. In the upcoming months, we will begin rebuilding the back deck and completed other interior projects.
Glebe View: We had a wonderful groundbreaking ceremony at the Fairfax Presbyterian Church and are working on fundraising. We are also working on pre-construction tasks to get us ready to start construction next year.
Morrison’s Way: The Morrison’s Way townhome renovation has been completed. Thank you to all the volunteers who joined us in renovating the townhome! We will be accepting applications for the home in the upcoming weeks.
Reeves Farmhouse: The renovations on Reeves Farmhouse started the day after our groundbreaking! Preservation work is underway, including removing the historic interior trim that will be re-installed in the home, once additional work has been completed.
55th Street: We have received civil permits for the site and are working on fundraising for the project. Once we receive our building permits, we will be able to the site work to get us one step closer to start building the 17 townhomes.
