Shay K. Dugan, MBA, CPM® has comprehensive work experience in the property management industry. Shay K. currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at TM Associates, where they oversee the operations of the company’s residential division, including both affordable and conventional assets across multiple states. Their responsibilities include property management for third-party and TM-owned communities, as well as new business development. Shay K. also provides executive oversight for the Training and Marketing departments.

In addition, Shay is a Founding Member of Chief, a private network that aims to empower senior women leaders and drive their success in executive positions. This organization focuses on strengthening leadership journeys, fostering idea sharing across industries, and driving top-down change.

Prior to their current roles, Shay served as an Executive Vice President at Edgewood Management Corporation & Vantage Management, Inc., where they had extensive responsibilities for both affordable and conventional apartment communities. Shay K. played a key role in client relations, fiscal and property operations, new business development, and executive oversight of the Sales and Marketing Department. Before this, Shay held the position of Vice President of Operations at A&R Companies, where they were responsible for ensuring financial success and customer satisfaction. Shay K. also worked closely with the development team on prospective projects and acted as an owner’s representative with partners and government agencies.
